Sophia Hill BSc Dip CNM Manp rGNC : Nutritional Therapy Practitioner
By identifying and addressing underlying imbalances, nutritional therapy aims to support the body whilst recovering from specific conditions and improving overall health and vitality. By eating the right foods, and using supplements where necessary, the body is able to gradually recover. I also carry out functional testing including food intolerance tests, heavy metal test, stool tests, genetic tests etc, in clients who may like to explore these areas.
Clients with IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, ME, food allergies and hormonal imbalances (including pre-menstrual syndrome, infertility and menopausal symptoms) have all benefited from nutritional therapy. It may also be that you are generally healthy, and want to stay that way and prevent disease from occurring in the future.
My blog also offers lots of free, healthy recipes and health tips for clients to utilise.
Dr. Kirsten Fulton PhD, BSc(hons), DipCNM - Registered Nutritional Therapist

Through the application of nutrition science I seek to promote health, wellbeing and contribute to a longer health span. I engage in the management of chronic conditions and disease prevention as well as support those who are simply looking to embrace healthy living.
As a registered Nutritional Therapist with a PhD in Plant Sciences and a background in horticulture, I understand how nutrients and other food components influence the function of the body, protect against disease and restore health.
In practice, I consider each case to be unique, help identify the underlying root cause of your condition and devise personalised nutrition and lifestyle programmes suited to your needs and priorities.
I see people with many different conditions and special interests of mine lie in the field of neurodegenerative diseases, such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease.
Why should you seek nutritional support?

Samantha Farmer DipION – Registered Nutritional Therapist
Whether you have a chronic health condition, weight management requirements or are interested in learning more about how to eat and live healthily, it is my pleasure to educate, coach and guide clients to reach their goals.
I studied nutritional therapy under the Functional Medicine model, which means I work with a ‘patient centred focus’. A client’s health and lifestyle, past & present, are taken into account, as well as looking at their family history, medications, toxic load, movement and dietary habits. I look for those influences that brought them to where they are now, what triggered their specific issue, and what is keeping them there. This enables me to establish the actions required with the client to bring them back to health. I use testing and supplementation when appropriate.
I typically see clients with the following issues;
- Digestive dysfunction
- Autoimmune conditions
- Weight management
- Blood sugar regulation
- Fertility issues
- Immune dysfunction
- Toxicity & infection
