Rooms Available to rent at The Bay Therapy Centre
The beauty of the Bay Therapy Centre is that we have a large number of rooms, most of which can be adapted to suit different therapies and treatments and we have very flexible room booking arrangements. We can accommodate ad hoc hourly bookings, weekly and monthly bookings. In addition we do not operate a retainer system.
Our large rooms are beautifully located at the front of the building, brilliantly lit by natural light. These are suitable for workshops and small group work.
Our medium rooms are in the middle of the building and are more quietly set back with less natural light and more privacy. Four of these rooms are equipped with electric couches so are ideal for any kind of bodywork. We have a number of sturdy portable couches which we can also call on.
Our smaller rooms are perfect for consultations, counselling and psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and life coaching.
Two of the rooms are furnished with recliners so are ideal for hypnotherapy, mindfulness and meditation work.
Portable desks are available for consultation style work.
We have a portable ramp which can be deployed to enable access for people with mobility difficulties. We have three ground floor talking therapy rooms, four treatment rooms and an accessible ground floor toilet.
Ground Floor Rooms
Oak Room
The Oak room is situated in the corner at the front of the building. It is a large room with a vanity sink, trolley, and an electric couch. Oak has a hard floor so is suitable for acupuncture or aesthetics work. It has a large desk and two chairs suitable for consulting. It is a bright, naturally lit bay window room.
It is very well ventilated with two large windows and air conditioning.
Beech Room
The Beech room is situated at the side of the building. It is a medium sized room equipped with sink facilities and a hydraulic couch and suits any kind of bodywork.
Beech has a hard floor so is suitable for acupuncture or aesthetics work.
It is well ventilated with a large window and air conditioning.
Ash Room
The Ash room is situated at the side of the building. It is a bright, naturally lit room with a large window.
It is a great ground floor counselling or psychotherapy room.
It has a desk and chair for any online/blended work.
In addition, it is equipped with a recliner so it is ideal for hypnotherapy, meditation and mindfulness.
Rowan Room
The Rowan room is situated at the back of the building. It is a large room with an electric couch and sink facilities and is suitable for holistic, beauty or bodywork treatments.
Rowan has a hard floor so is suitable for acupuncture or aesthetics work.
It is well ventilated with a large window and air conditioning.
Yew Room
The Yew room is also situated at the back of the building. It is a medium sized room with an electric couch and sink facilities and is suitable for holistic, beauty or bodywork treatments.

Elm Room
The Elm room is situated at the back of the building.
It is a medium sized room suitable for counselling and psychotherapy.
It has a desk and chair for any online/blended work.

First Floor Rooms
Bay Room
The Bay room is situated at the front of the building. It is a large, bright, naturally lit room with a large windows.
It is a great room for couple and family work. the room has a desk and chair for any online/blended work.
In addition, it is equipped with a recliner so it is ideal for hypnotherapy, meditation and mindfulness.
It is well ventilated with two large windows and air conditioning.
Pine Room
The Pine room is located at the front of the building. It has three comfortable chairs so great for couples work. It is a medium sized room suitable for counselling and psychotherapy. It has a sink so is great for “messy therapies”.
It has a desk and chair for any online/blended work. It is well ventilated with two large windows and air conditioning.
Maple Room
The Maple room is situated at the side of the building with a large window overlooking the back of the Centre. It is a medium sized multi-purpose room.
Good for work with small groups and couples and can comfortably host up to four people.
It has a desk and chair for any online/blended work.
It is well ventilated with a large window.
Willow Room
The Willow room is situated at the side of the building. It is a large room with three chairs and coffee tables, ideal for couple and family work. There is a sink so it’s great for arts therapies.
It has a desk and chair for any online/blended work.

Fir Room
The Fir room is located at the front of the building. It is a medium sized room suitable for counselling and psychotherapy. It is great for couples work, having three chairs.
It has a pop-up desk and chair for any online/blended work.
It is well ventilated with two large windows and air conditioning.
Birch Room
The Birch room is located at the back of the building. It is a medium sized room suitable for counselling and psychotherapy.
It has a pop-up desk and chair for any online/blended work.
It is well ventilated with a large window and air conditioning.
Cedar Room
The Cedar room is located at the back of the building. It is a medium sized room suitable for counselling and psychotherapy.
It has a desk and chair for any online/blended work.

Cherry Room
The Cherry room is situated at the back of the building. It is a medium to large sized room, bright and naturally lit with a large velux window. It has two reclining chairs and a two seater sofa.
Good for work with small groups, families and couples.

Lime Room
The Lime room is situated at the back of the building. It is a medium to large sized room, bright and naturally lit with a large velux window. It has two reclining chairs and a two seater sofa.

Top Floor Rooms
Apple Room
The Apple room is situated at the top of the building with a large window overlooking the side of the Centre. It is a medium sized multi-purpose room.
It doubles as a counselling or psychotherapy style room or a hypnotherapy room.
It is well ventilated with a top opener and air conditioning.
Pear Room
The Pear room is situated at the top of the building with a large window overlooking the side of the Centre. It is a medium sized room ideal for counselling, psychotherapy or hypnotherapy.
It is suitable for couples work.
It is well ventilated with a top opener and air conditioning.
Sycamore Room
The Sycamore room is on the top floor. It is a large room with an adjacent kitchen and toilet. It is well lit with a velux window in the roof.
It works well as a group room, ideal for families and other small groups. It can accommodate up to eight people comfortably using hard back chairs.
A table and chair is in situ for desk style work.
It is well ventilated with a large velux and a top opener in the kitchen area.
